Peruse the Details
We offer professionally packaged, ready-to-bake pizzas. All pizzas are 14” and come in five different topping varieties, including Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage, Pepperoni/Sausage, and Pepperoni/Sausage/Mushroom. The prices for each pizza are:
*Cheese - $8.75
*Pepperoni - $9.25
*Sausage - $9.25
*Pepperoni/Sausage - $9.50
*Pepperoni/Sausage/Mushroom - $9.75
Your group will profit $3.00 on each pizza, regardless of toppings. So, your costs for each pizza are:
*Cheese - $5.75
*Pepperoni - $6.25
*Sausage - $6.25
*Pepperoni/Sausage - $6.50
*Pepperoni/Sausage/Mushroom - $6.75
*Please note that we do not require the money upfront. Individuals purchasing pizza from your group should make all checks out to your group. Upon delivery, we will include an invoice for the amount your group owes. Your group can either pay in cash or write out a check to ‘Chicago’s Pizza’ from the money collected individually.

Dial (812) 936-2962 and request to speak with a fundraising representative. Please have a general date for receiving pizzas in mind when making the call. The person will have a schedule of other upcoming fundraisers and will be able to pencil you in for a delivery date.
Please do not have your group begin selling until you’ve spoken to a representative and firmed delivery plans. Depending on the time of year, our fundraising schedule can be busy. It’s important to wait for the directive to ensure that you won’t be given a lengthy delay after collecting orders and to prevent sales overlap with another group in your specific area, which will prevent each group from optimizing their fundraising.
Set Up a Date and Start Selling!
Once you’ve established a delivery date and have been given the OK to begin selling, either drop by the restaurant to pick up a sales sheet or simply print off a copy from here. Each member of your group should be given a sheet and can use it to tabulate orders.
Turn the Order In
Once you’ve finished selling, give us a call. When scheduling a delivery date we will also give your group a deadline to turn orders in by. It’s important to provide us with the pizza totals at this time to ensure that we can add the necessary ingredients and materials for your fundraiser to the order for our supplier. A late turn-in will unfortunately have to result in a delayed delivery.
Leave the Rest to Us
That’s it. Once you’ve given us the order, all you’ll have to worry about is meeting us at the designated area at the scheduled delivery time. All the pizzas will be boxed and labeled. Simply sort them by each member of the group and have the individual sellers collect their pizzas and deliver them to their fundraiser customers.
If at any point in the process you should have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call. On these orders, especially the larger ones, communication is key, and the more, the better. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible. Our promise is to be as flexible to your group’s needs as we possibly can.
